Ellen Anderson

Ellen joined Community Enterprise in May 2023, having previously worked at Kinning Park Complex as a Community Development Worker, where she helped develop a Local Place Plan for the neighbourhoods surrounding Kinning Park. Since joining the team, Ellen has continued working on Local Place Plans for different communities across Scotland, applying her previous experience and knowledge in community engagement, especially with young people.

Ellen enjoys the diversity of her role, whether undertaking background research, conducting stakeholder calls, or organising community events. She is passionate about including young people’s views in consultation processes and ensuring a wide representation of views across communities.
