Crisis and Resilience Lead

Following a varied career in the private sector, Victoria transitioned into social enterprise over 20 years ago, working for national intermediary organisations, including the Social Community Business Scotland Network, Social Enterprise Scotland, and Senscot.  She also worked in a freelance capacity for several social and charitable organisations to help them grow.  Seeking new challenges and greater variety, she joined Community Enterprise in 2010 to provide consultancy support directly to clients of all sizes and stages.

Victoria oversees the Crisis and Resilience Programme.
